Volunteering

We welcome volunteers to help with our programmes.

As an organisation associated with the Anglican Church, we expect our volunteers to comply with our Safe Church principles and guidelines.

Requirements & Opportunities

We are currently looking for more volunteers for our Manna & Mercy, Community Kitchen in Dunsborough. If you could give us four hours of your valuable time every two months then we could fill a vacant position in one of our eight teams.

Our timetable is:

Mondays:- 9.30am - 12pm food preparation team

Tuesdays:- 2pm - 6.30pm, cook & kitchen helpers

3pm - 6.30pm hall team (set up)

3pm - 5pm hall team (set up light duties)

5pm - 6.30pm hall team (clear tables)

4.30pm - 7pm dishwashing

Daily 4pm: pick up 2nd bite fruit and vegetables from Coles Dunsborough or Vasse

Saturdays:- 8.30am - 10.30am assist with recycling stations

Every fourth Saturday of the month - Repair coop (sewing, mending, tool sharpening & fixing)
